We undertake a range of services in house keeping that include maintaining of lawns and gardens, Cceaning and maintenance of external fencing, parking management etc., We undertake periodic maintenance as per the contract. We provide man power services both in the soft service and hard service areas.

Our Hard Services includes electrical services, water Management and plumbing. We ensure adequate water in the overhead tanks always. We do periodic cleaning of tanks at specific intervals. Electrical operations & maintenance of all installations, breakdown Maintenance, are some of our electrical maintenance jobs.

Our Housekeeping Services also Include: Vacuum – We vacuum all floors in every room. This includes stairs, carpeted rooms, hardwood, linoleum, and tile floors. We’ll remove furniture cushions and vacuum up crumbs, pet hair and dust. We dust each surface of your home to reduce allergens.

This includes mantles, picture frames, light fixtures, fan blades, window sills, blinds, wardrobes, entertainment centers, dressers, side tables and more. We’ll remove cobwebs in ceiling corners and ensure no dust bunnies are left behind.

We mop hardwood, tile and linoleum floors. We also wipe down grimy baseboards and sanitize high use areas such as toilets, kitchen counter tops and doorknobs. We wipe down and scrub bathroom faucets, sink basins, mirrors, vanities, counter tops and the surrounding areas. We scrub soap scum and mildew from tile, grout and glass shower doors. In the kitchen, we wipe down the stove top, control knobs, cabinets, counter tops and back splashes. Thus, we provide a service that will real value for the money you spend.
